When Hopscotch Europe came to us, they were fed up of their press releases coming back from translation looking like something from Google Translate. As they don’t have time to check everything before they send it to the press, they really needed someone who understands PR and is able to deliver perfect quality that they can trust.
The issue they found was a lack of translators who understand PR. If they found someone suitable, they couldn’t handle the deadlines, or they were out of budget.
What we did was put together a team of native PR and marketing experts covering over 10 different languages. This allows us to deliver the quality Hopscoth need, at the speed they need it. As the team all understands the trials of PR, the texts are written/transcreated as if they were written in the native language. Plus we’ve managed to beat the cost of their previous translation agency.
We’ve been partnering with Hopscotch for over a year now and so far we’ve been able to work on some really awesome projects. We’ve had a project where press releases were delivered at 2am and had to be ready for the French press by 7am, plus we also manage a client’s Arabic social media, which means creating same-day Arabic content.
